Mother & Child is a non-profit association that deals with mothers in difficulty with young children.  

Their task is to help them both in material needs, by purchasing food for the family and basic necessities such as drugs, diapers, milk powder and everything they need, as well as providing psychological and educational assistance, also teaching them how to take care of  own children, doing food education, explaining the basics of proper nutrition.

Over time they have become a reference point for mothers in need in the city of St. Petersburg.  They support themselves with donations as they do not have any government aid, so the help that the IWC gives them is really precious and the the help we offer them is really important because this association helps single women, who would otherwise be lost, and their children would be lost with them.

What for us is a small commitment, to them can change lives, so it does make a difference. This is why it is important not to remain deaf and blind to people in need. The ability to put yourself in someone else's shoes should belong to everyone because one day we could all be in a state of need, at that point try to think how important it would be someone who can make a difference for us, someone who can help us change our lives for the better. Think about it for a moment .... for this reason I am very proud to be part of the IWC which allows me to give concrete help to these women who help women to become strong, wise and autonomous.
