During this tour we will explore St. Petersburg metro system – one of the deepest in the world. We start from the oldest Red line, which stations can be compared with underground palaces for workers. We talk about the art and power of propaganda and discuss difficulties which metro workers had to overcome in Leningrad. Towards the end of the tour we visit stations of the Purple line – the newest in the city, but same beautiful as the first one.

Meeting point: vestibule of Ploshad Vosstaniya metro station – entrance from ulitsa Vosstaniya, near the box office.

Time : 11.50am
Price : 500 rubles per person + 100 rubles for a headset.
Duration - 1,5 hours, the final point would be Admiralteyskaya or Sportivnaya metro station (depends on our speed)
