Marina, our leader for Aerobics and Pilates, has offered ballroom dancing lessons for couples. Whether you are experienced or not you are welcome to participate.

 
Adult Ballet Classes:  Wednesday 10:00

I am organizing a Ballet Group for Adults. If you want to try something new, come and make your childhoods dream come true. There are no tryouts, no age or size discrimination. You don’t need to have any ballet background. Everybody is welcome! The idea of the classes is to learn the basics of the ballet and at the same time get good exercise and have lots of fun. Our teacher Mayumi is a professional dancer at Mussorgsky theatre and speaks good English, Russian, Spanish and Japanese. She also teaches ballet for our children.
 
 
  
Pilates: Tuesdays 10.30-11.30 and Thursdays 9:30-10:30

We start the program
with a warm up – slow moving, rotation and stretching, keeping balance and regular breathing. Thereafter, that all exercises will be on mattresses on the floor, strengthening especially the muscles of your stomach and legs as well as of your back but every other muscle, too. You will learn how to breathe correctly when moving and concentrating on your muscle’s work, hold different positions while breathing regularly. In the end we stretch. This will be accompanied by slow and beautiful music.

Aerobics: Fridays 10:00-11:00

She starts her program with a warm-up session, we are moving back and forth and to all sides and according to her instructions are stretching arms, lifting legs and so on, all with music. The second part consists of exercises on mattresses on the floor, strengthening especially the muscles of your stomach as well as of your back but every other muscle, too.
Whether you are experienced or not - you will have fun and feel great after only one hour!  All you need to bring is a towel, clothes you can easily move in, sport shoes and maybe water. Marina is our excellent, English speaking trainer and offers a large variety of exercises.
