GENERAL MEETING NOTICES: May General Meeting, Monday, May 31
The Last General Meeting of
2009- 2010 will be on Monday, May 31 at the Astoria Hotel, Winter Garden. Registration for the upcoming IWC year will
be from 10:00- 11:00 with coffee and tea.
A membership form for 2010- 2011 will be forwarded to you prior to the
meeting, please complete it before you come to the meeting to help save time in
the registration process.
The meeting will commence
at 11:00 a.m. We will be introducing the new members of IWC Executive Committee
for 2010-2011 as well as saying goodbye to departing members of the Club. The Singing Caterinas will be performing for
us as well.
Directly after the meeting,
there will be a luncheon, which has been paid for through membership dues. In order to accommodate everyone, sign up for this luncheon meeting is
required. Failure to do so will mean
that the luncheon will be at the members’ expense. A formal email will be
sent out to each member shortly. If you
plan to attend, please respond accordingly.
