Craft Group: Mondays 13:30-16:00 Contact: Quinta Baalman or Helen Board We work first and have a soup or light lunch together. Currently there are about 7 to 8 ladies in the group: experienced quilters and crafters as well as beginners. The inspiring ladies of the IWC Craft group invite you to join. Whatever your favourite craft is – you are welcome! Knitting, crochet, stitching, beading, sewing, quilting, name it and you are welcome. We are also prepared to teach you, just ask! Actually we had a lot of fun in the past increasing our skills while teaching different techniques to each other. However the main goal from September onwards is to craft small items for selling at the IWC Bazaar in December. Your ideas and your hands are needed! There are many activity and interest groups which support social, cultural and sports activities. Activities are for club members only and are generally free of charge We usually meet Monday mornings from 10:30 onwards, work for maybe two hours and then have a small lunch together. For meeting places watch the bulletin or mail Photo Group: Fridays 10:00-12:30 twice a month Contact: Jennifer Lein For those who are intrested in photography, please come join with us ; we discover the City St.Petersburg trough eye of camera, to capture the most interesting pictures of Museums, Park, Architecture, Russian People and St.Petersburg Different Seasons, etc. We meet every other Friday morning (twice per month) from 10 AM to 12.30 pm. Cookery Group Contact : Helen Board Meet on Fridays for a Cookery Demonstration. Members give demonstrations in their own home or jointly. At the end of the demonstration, we all sit down and sample the production. |
